Dear ET Hamilton Families,
Welcome to what I know will be another exciting and rewarding year of learning, growth, and connection at ET Hamilton! Whether you're a returning family or new to our school community—welcome! We are so glad you're here and can't wait to get to know you.
ET Hamilton is a warm and welcoming school filled with exceptional students, dedicated staff, and supportive families. I feel incredibly fortunate to serve as the Principal of such a special place. My journey with Hamilton began in 2008 as a second-grade teacher. I taught both second and third grade here until 2013 before moving to Osage Elementary School, where I spent 10 wonderful years as Assistant Principal. I’m thrilled to now be in my third year back at Hamilton as Principal—it truly feels like coming home.
We’re proud to serve approximately 535 students from Kindergarten through Fifth Grade, supported by a committed team of 70 staff members. Our incredible parent group, the HPFA (Hamilton Parent Faculty Association), plays a vital role in enriching the school experience through events, fundraisers, and additional resources for our students. I encourage all families to attend HPFA meetings, stay connected through their weekly updates, and get involved in any way you can—your support makes a big difference!
At ET Hamilton, we believe in fostering strong partnerships between home and school. Our staff works hard every day to ensure that every student feels valued, challenged, and supported. If you ever have questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your child’s teacher. Open communication is essential for a successful school year, and we’re here for you every step of the way.
Once the school year begins, I’ll be sending out weekly newsletters to keep you informed about school events, important dates, and updates from around our community.
On a personal note, I’ve been married to my husband, Patrick, for 13 years, and we have three wonderful children: Jack (10), Libby (8), and William (4). Like many of you, our days are filled with school, sports, and after-school activities—we understand the balancing act and are in it with you!
